Randomly came across this rotoscope animation which includes various techniques of drawing within the one animation as well as using a negative image .These types of techniques would would great to trail out when doing my next rotoscope animation.

Soundtracks for animation
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1DzKeeY_pNc
Looking at the different soundtracks dream works uses for their animations. Most of the sound tracks have little or no sound which makes it easier to match then a song with words. For my animation because of the beat of the walking movement it may pay to create my own sound track so i don't have to relate it back to a sound track with words or a particular beat.

hand drawn animation (rotoscope)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=63o3ENsF2kE
This is a hand drawn animation and only uses a simple black line to define character. This was most likely done by tracing frames from a video.I like the idea of the character walking onto the page and drawing his own instrument, this could have been done by drawing only part of the guitar on each frame until guitar was completed.

This animation although it has been done from someone that has been doing animation for awhile, the main concept is simple-The conflict between the sheep and the coyote. The movements of the characters mostly show slow basic animation. I particularly like how this animation changes perspective views in each scene.

Spyro the dragon -Sheep
http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x2bg7i_let-s-play-spyro-the-dragon-numero_people Spyro a childhood game i used to play has sheep that instead off walking bounce around. This movement gives the the sheep character and embracing the fact that sheep can have a lot of energy. This could be a way i could use to animate my sheep.

Sound illustration for cymbals
This is a good way of illustrating the sound of the cymbals as they clap together.

Exaggerated run loop
This video tutorial gives a good example of how to set up a character for movement when drawing frame by frame. This tutorial is based on an exaggerated running figure but could be helpful use the same technique but trailing a different movement.

This is a great example of post it note animation and people and together to create a dream like world.I like the way there is someone interacting with the animation and incorporating real life scenes and objects to create a journey.

This is an image i found looking for different ways of drawing a rabbit using limited pixels. This image is a very basic shape of a rabbits head that could be repeated various times without going off the page.

This Image is a good example of the way i could draw a dog.
